During this pandemic everyone has had to deal with challenges. Staying at home all day, not going to school or work, dealing with our emotions and our family’s emotions is tiring and heavy. All that is happening now is new, and as humans it is normal (and expected) that we react instinctively. However, also as humans, we learn from our experiences. We can take charge of our life, learn about ourselves, who we have been and who we want to become.
